She contacted the other driver to try to obtain information due to the officer’s report having some unclear details. She was not able to communicate with him so Perla came over and translated. She is fluent in Spanish for those that may need it. No luck with locating a policy so she helped me start the claim with State Farm. Another good reason to keep comprehensive coverage after paying off vehicles in this day and time. Shayne’s office has been the bright spot in all this mess. Again, kudos to Carol for all she did."
